LuxeRx Clinic Inc. is looking for a friendly, skilled, and motivated Aesthetician / Receptionist to join our growing team!

This is a part-time flex position that combines hands-on aesthetic services with front desk and client care responsibilities. The ideal candidate is passionate about the aesthetics industry, enjoys connecting with clients, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, luxury-focused environment.

What You'll Do - Aesthetic Services

- Provide professional aesthetic treatments within your scope of practice and training
- Deliver exceptional client care before, during, and after appointments
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming treatment environment
- Assist clients with treatment recommendations and appropriate skincare or retail products
- Complete required client documentation and consent forms
- Follow all clinic policies, safety procedures, and sanitation standards

Reception & Client Care

- Welcome and assist clients in a warm and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, emails, and client inquiries
- Assist with booking, confirming, and managing appointments
- Process payments and assist with direct billing or other administrative tasks as required
- Help maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception and clinic areas
- Support the team with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks

What We're Looking For





- Certified and/or licensed Aesthetician with appropriate training and credentials
- Previous experience in a medical aesthetics, spa, or client-service environment is an asset
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Friendly, professional, reliable, and confident
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable with social media, marketing, and promoting services is considered an asset
- Flexible availability, including occasional evenings or weekends if needed
- A passion for aesthetics, wellness, and helping clients feel their best
