Responsibilities

- Perform professional eyebrow threading to shape and define clients’ eyebrows with precision and care
- Provide various facial treatments tailored to individual skin types and concerns
- Conduct body waxing services using proper sanitation techniques to ensure safety and comfort
- Deliver excellent customer service by listening to clients’ needs and offering personalized recommendations
- Maintain a clean, sanitized workspace in compliance with health regulations and industry standards




- Assist with retail sales by recommending skincare products that complement treatments and meet client needs
- Educate clients on skincare routines, aftercare instructions, and available services to enhance their experience

Skills

- Proven experience in threading techniques with a keen eye for detail
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Knowledge of body waxing procedures and safety protocols
- Excellent sanitation practices to ensure a hygienic environment at all times
- Ability to promote retail sales through effective product recommendations
