We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Agentforce Developer to lead the design, development, and deployment of AI-powered customer engagement solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of Salesforce development experience and proven expertise implementing Salesforce Agentforce solutions, including autonomous and assistive AI agents supporting chat, voice/phone, and email channels.

This individual will work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, architects, and contact center leaders to deliver scalable AI experiences that improve customer service efficiency, automate repetitive tasks, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Required Skills





10+ years of Salesforce development experience

3+ years of hands-on Agentforce experience

Proven experience designing and deploying Agentforce agents in production environments.

Deep expertise with

- Salesforce Service Cloud
- Apex
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Flows
- SOQL/SOSL
- Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP)

Experience implementing AI solutions for:
- Chat channels
- Voice/phone channels
- Email support channels

Artificial intelligence tools are used to assist in screening and assessing applicants for this position.
