Our client is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to support an enterprise AI platform that is rapidly expanding across multiple Lines of Business. This role sits at the intersection of business analysis, Generative AI, and product delivery, partnering with business stakeholders, product teams, architects, and developers to drive AI-enabled solutions. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience with GenAI initiatives, AI model risk considerations, prompt optimization, API and data validation, and a willingness to challenge requirements to ensure the right solutions are being built.

This is a highly team-oriented role requiring someone who actively contributes product feedback, influences solution design, and helps shape the future direction of AI products.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, challenge, and validate business and functional requirements for AI-enabled solutions.
- Support GenAI initiatives, including prompt optimization, model upgrades, and AI capability enhancements.
- Assess AI-related risks, validate AI outputs, and ensure alignment with responsible AI and governance principles.
- Document and validate API integrations, data requirements, business rules, and system interactions.
- Create user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and requirements documentation using Jira and Confluence.
- Partner with product and delivery teams to provide feedback, question assumptions, and influence product direction.

Must-Have Qualifications Business Analysis & Product Delivery

- 5+ years of Business Systems Analysis experience in a large enterprise environment.
- Strong experience eliciting, documenting, and challenging business requirements.




- Expertise working within Agile/Scrum environments and supporting end-to-end delivery.
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, user stories, process mapping, and stakeholder management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify risks, gaps, and opportunities.

AI, GenAI & Responsible AI
- Experience working on AI-enabled or Generative AI products and initiatives.
- Understanding of AI model lifecycles, AI governance, responsible AI practices, and model risk concepts.
- Experience optimizing prompts and supporting AI model upgrades or enhancements.
- Active use of tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Gemini, or similar AI technologies.
- Ability to evaluate AI outputs and provide actionable feedback to improve product performance and user experience.

Data & Integration
- Experience working with APIs, system integrations, and enterprise platforms.
- Strong understanding of data validation, data mapping, business rules, and data flows.
- Ability to document functional and technical requirements for integrations and data-driven solutions.
- Working knowledge of SQL and data analysis concepts.

Nice to Have Advanced AI & Data Experience

- Experience supporting AI risk management, model validation, or governance initiatives.
- Exposure to prompt engineering and advanced GenAI use cases.
- Experience working with Data Engineering, Machine Learning, or AI Operations teams.
- Knowledge of modern data platforms, ETL processes, and cloud-based AI ecosystems.
