We are looking for an experienced AI Manager / AI Project Manager / Product Owner to lead the strategy, delivery, and adoption of AI-powered products and solutions. The ideal candidate will combine strong project/product management capabilities, deep knowledge of AI technologies and tools, and exceptional client-facing skills.

This role will act as the bridge between clients, business stakeholders, product teams, engineering teams, data scientists, and AI specialists, translating business challenges into practical AI solutions and driving projects from ideation through successful implementation.

The candidate should be comfortable discussing AI at both a strategic/business level and a technical level, while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with measurable business outcomes.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- 5–10+ years of experience in Project Management, Product Management, or a related role.
- Proven experience managing AI, GenAI, ML, data, automation, or software product initiatives.
- Strong understanding of modern AI/GenAI technologies and their practical business applications.
- Hands-on familiarity with AI tools and platforms such as OpenAI/ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Copilot,



and comparable AI solutions.
- Strong understanding of LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, AI agents, embeddings, vector databases, APIs, and AI application architecture.
- Experience working with technical teams and the ability to understand technical discussions, architecture diagrams, APIs, data flows, and AI solution designs.
- Robust experience with Agile/Scrum/Kanban methodologies.
- Excellent requirements gathering, documentation, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated experience working directly with enterprise clients and senior stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects/workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to operate effectively between business and technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with enterprise AI transformation or AI consulting.
- Experience with cloud AI platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Experience taking AI solutions from POC/MVP to production.
- Understanding of AI governance, responsible AI, data privacy, and security considerations.
