Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced AI Platform Engineer with DevOps experience to design, build, and operate enterprise AI and Generative AI platforms supporting Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI-powered applications. The ideal candidate will combine software engineering, DevOps, cloud, automation, and AI platform expertise to deliver scalable and reliable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, build, and operate enterprise AI and Generative AI platforms
- Develop scalable LLMOps and MLOps frameworks for model deployment, monitoring, versioning, evaluation, and governance
- Build reusable AI services including Prompt Management frameworks, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures, embedding and vector search services, AI gateways, inference APIs, and Agentic AI orchestration frameworks
- Develop value-added services integrated with existing DevOps platforms
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, TypeScript, Python, Groovy, and Jenkins
- Coach application teams on DevOps and AI platform capabilities
- Promote developer experience, automation, and engineering best practices
- Participate in proof-of-concept initiatives, new tool adoption, and technology evaluations
- Continuously evolve DevOps and AI services to meet application team requirements




- Collaborate with Capital Markets technology teams to deliver production-class solutions
- Troubleshoot platform issues and support reliable production operations

Required Qualifications

- 2+ years of software development experience using Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, C#, C/C++, or similar languages
- Solid Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) experience
- Experience with application and system design patterns
- Hands-on experience with Docker or Kubernetes
- Experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum
- Strong understanding of DevOps and CI/CD practices
- Experience with AI/Generative AI platforms and Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Knowledge of RAG, vector search, embeddings, AI inference, and model lifecycle management
- Strong analytical, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

- Experience with Elasticsearch and Kibana
- Experience with GitHub, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and UrbanCode Deploy
- Experience with Azure or AWS
- Experience building or supporting distributed applications
- Experience with LLMOps, MLOps, AI governance, and model evaluation
- Financial Services or Capital Markets experience
