Job Summary
The AI Transformation Lead will be a key member of the team, responsible for driving the adoption and implementation of AI across the business. This role includes identifying high-impact opportunities, developing and executing a practical transformation roadmap, and ensuring AI initiatives deliver measurable business outcomes aligned with company strategy. This is a hands-on role with responsibility for enabling teams across product, engineering, sales, marketing, and customer functions to adopt AI-first workflows. The role also includes overseeing AI projects from concept to delivery, supporting organizational and workflow changes, and helping build internal capability, confidence, and momentum around AI.
High energy, initiative, and a strong bias for action are essential. A successful candidate will be comfortable operating in ambiguity, able to translate complex concepts into practical applications, and willing to work alongside teams to get solutions live. Strong analytical thinking, communication skills, and the ability to influence across functions are critical.
Experience implementing AI/ML solutions in real-world environments is a must.
Key Responsibilities
Translate Strategy into a Transformation Plan Partner with executive and business unit leaders to understand priorities, challenges, and opportunities.
Develop and continuously refine a practical AI transformation roadmap aligned to business goals and maturity.
Create clarity around what to do now, what to sequence next, and how to measure success.
Drive AI-First Execution
Identify, shape, and prioritize high-impact AI initiatives with clear value hypotheses.
Define scope, success metrics, and execution plans—and stay involved to ensure projects actually ship.
Track progress, risks, and momentum across initiatives, raising issues early and keeping teams moving.
Enable Teams to Work Differently
Support product, engineering, sales, marketing, and customer teams as they adopt AI-first workflows.
Ensure teams have the right tools, training, and practical support to integrate AI into their day-to-day work.
Lead workshops, working sessions, and hands-on sprints that result in real outputs—not just ideas.
Drive Adoption and Organizational Change
Help teams shift from experimentation to reliance on AI-supported workflows.
Identify where roles, processes, and structures need to evolve—and support that transition.
Build confidence, reduce ambiguity,
and reinforce responsible and effective use of AI.
Connect and Scale Across the Organization
Act as the connective tissue across teams, leaders, and external partners.
Surface learnings, share best practices, and help replicate successful patterns.
Engage with broader communities or portfolio groups to accelerate learning and remove blockers.
Manage Tools, Partners, and Ecosystem
Help evaluate and select the right AI tools and vendors based on real use cases.
Cut through hype and focus on what drives actual business value.
Manage key relationships where needed to support delivery.
Ensure Value Realization
Track and communicate the impact of AI initiatives (revenue, cost, efficiency, experience).
Build repeatable playbooks and case studies to scale what works.
Maintain momentum through explicit milestones, decision points, and visible progress.
Qualifications
You’re a builder and operator who can move from ambiguity to execution quickly.
- Proven experience taking AI/ML from idea → implementation → measurable impact
