Application Production Support Analyst

Montreal, QC (Hybrid)

Contract | 12 Months Possible Extension/ FTE A global corporate & institutional bank is hiring an Application Production Support Analyst to support critical 24x7 lending and structured finance platforms.

What You'll Do

- Provide L1/L2 production support for Credit, Working Capital, and Asset Finance & Securitization applications
- Own incident, problem, and change management, including application deployments
- Support data flows between upstream and downstream systems and troubleshoot issues end to end
- Partner with Operations teams on technical escalations
- Participate in Disaster Recovery, failover, and backup recovery testing
- Handle monitoring, capacity planning, and performance tuning
- Document technical processes and data flows

What You Need





- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 5 years in application/production support within banking or capital markets
- Hands-on scripting: Shell, Perl, Python, or Batch (at least one)
- Solid Unix/Linux experience plus SQL/PL-SQL
- Solid grasp of incident, problem, and change management processes
- Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, or similar ITSM tools
- Working knowledge of Java/J2EE applications
- Availability for a 24/7 on-call rotation

Nice to Have

- Exposure to Asset Finance, Securitization, CLO, RMBS, CMBS, or ABS
- MQ, WebSphere, or Tomcat experience
- ITIL Foundation certification
- CyberArk or application security project experience
