· 50–100 outbound Instagram DMs per day to creators and coaches

· Real conversations, not copy-paste blasts

· Qualify on revenue, audience size and intent

· Book calls onto my calendar and make sure they show

· Log every conversation in our CRM

STRUCTURE

Commission only. 5% of every deal closed from a call you booked. Prove yourself and that goes to 10%.

Deals in this space run four to five figures,



so the percentage matters more than the number suggests.

First two weeks are a trial run against clear daily and weekly targets. Hit them and you stay on. Miss them and we part ways. No hard feelings either way.
