Responsibilities

- Assist in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to understand project requirements
- Support the construction and installation of structures such as framing, siding, and concrete forms with supervision
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely to cut, shape, and assemble wood and other materials
- Participate in concrete finishing and forming tasks to ensure quality craftsmanship
- Help with heavy lifting and material handling to support team efficiency on-site
- Contribute to restoration projects by repairing or refurbishing existing structures with attention to detail




- Follow safety protocols diligently while working with heavy equipment and during all carpentry activities

Skills

- Basic understanding of blueprint reading and schematics for construction projects
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and woodworking techniques
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in a construction setting
- Knowledge of concrete forming, finishing, and restoration processes is a plus
