Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated Apprentice Electrician to join our team and gain hands-on experience in electrical installation and maintenance. This entry-level position offers the opportunity to develop technical skills in a dynamic construction workplace, working alongside experienced electricians. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong work ethic, eagerness to learn, and foundational knowledge of electrical systems.

This paid apprenticeship is designed to provide comprehensive training and career growth within the electrical industry. We will provide payroll too.

Duties

- Assist licensed electricians with installing, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems in commercial and industrial settings
- Use hand tools and power tools to perform wiring, conduit installation, and equipment setup
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams to ensure accurate installation
- Work with low voltage systems as part of electrical projects




- Follow safety protocols and adhere to all OSHA regulations during daily tasks
- Support the setup of electrical components according to construction plans
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency
- Learn to troubleshoot electrical issues using schematic diagrams and technical manuals

Experience

- Prior experience in industrial electrician work or electrical construction is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, schematics, blueprint reading, and low voltage systems is advantageous
- Basic understanding of construction processes related to electrical installations is a plus
- No formal experience necessary; training will be provided for all technical tasks
- A strong desire to learn the electrical trade and develop professional skills within a construction environment

Job Types: Full-time, Casual Pay: $15.00-$25.00 per hour
