We are seeking a motivated and eager Apprentice Mechanic to join our team. This entry-level position offers hands-on training and the opportunity to develop essential skills in mechanical repair and maintenance.

The Apprentice

Mechanic will work closely with experienced technicians to learn industry best practices, gain practical experience, and contribute to the efficient operation of our equipment and machinery. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about mechanics and looking to build a career in the field.

Responsibilities

- Assist senior mechanics with routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs of machinery and equipment
- Learn to diagnose mechanical issues using diagnostic tools and techniques
- Support in replacing worn or damaged parts under supervision
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency
- Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times during work activities
- Document work performed, parts used, and issues identified for record-keeping purposes




- Participate in training sessions to enhance technical knowledge and skills

Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical school or relevant coursework is a plus
- Strong interest in mechanics, engineering, or related fields
- Basic understanding of mechanical systems is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential
- Positive problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions carefully and work effectively as part of a team
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and eagerness to develop new skills
- Physical ability to perform manual tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
