The Role

We’re looking for an Artisan Tile Maker to join our production team. No prior tile or ceramics experience is required—we’ll train you. This role is all about learning the craft and contributing to the day-to-day process of hand-made tile production.

What You’ll Be Doing

Hand-forming, pressing, and finishing ceramic tile

Mixing and applying glazes

Loading and unloading kilns

Trimming, sanding, and quality-checking finished tile

Keeping your workspace clean, organized, and safe

Working as part of a small, collaborative production team

What We’re Looking For

No experience required—just a willingness to learn

Comfortable working with your hands and standing for long periods





Attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship

Reliable, punctual, and able to follow processes A good attitude and sense of humor (we take the work seriously, not ourselves)

Nice-to-Haves (But Not Required)

-Interest in art, design, ceramics, or making things

-Experience in a workshop, studio, or hands-on environment
