: The Assessor Coordinator - Degree is responsible for referral management and case management within the Children’s Therapy Services department. The Assessor Coordinator – Degree is accountable for establishing and maintaining positive liaison between the clients, referral sources and Children’s Therapy Services. The Assessor Coordinator - Degree is accountable for screening, referring, reviewing, planning and facilitating safe care for children and their families.

Experience
- 1 year of experience working with children and families in clinical environments
Education
- Degree in a health or social science related field.
Knowledge and Abilities
