Job Summary

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will run a dispatch shift from our warehouse floor, managing drivers on the road, optimizing routes, and resolving customer issues to ensure an amazing delivery experience. The role is also customer facing, supporting key accounts and building strong relationships with both our clients and our delivery team.

This is a hands on role with evening and weekend work when required. It suits someone with leadership skills and previous dispatch or management experience who wants to grow their career with a growing company.

What You Will Do

- Run a dispatch shift, managing drivers on the road in real time
- Optimize routes and resolve customer issues quickly
- Support key accounts and build strong client relationships




- Build a positive, supportive relationship with our driver and dispatch team
- Support recruiting, onboarding, scheduling, and compliance tracking
- Step in wherever needed to optimize operations
