Job Summary

Responsibilities

- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for customers.
- Lead and supervise sales associates, providing coaching, training, and development to foster a high-performing team.
- Manage merchandising efforts by organizing product displays, pricing strategies, and inventory replenishment to maximize sales potential.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Oversee cash handling procedures, POS (Point of Sale) transactions, and payroll processing to maintain accuracy and compliance.




- Support recruiting efforts by participating in interviewing candidates and onboarding new team members.
- Coordinate marketing initiatives and promotional activities to increase store visibility and sales performance.

Requirements

- Proven supervising or team management experience within a retail environment.
- Strong knowledge of retail sales, merchandising, pricing, and store management principles.
- Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers.
- Demonstrated proficiency in POS systems, cash handling, bookkeeping, and administrative tasks.
- Ability to manage time effectively while multitasking in a fast-paced setting.
- Experience with recruiting, training & development, budgeting, and sales management is highly desirable.
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory control and store presentation.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate staff and foster a positive team environment.
