Duties

- Assist lead installers with measuring, cutting, and assembling sunroom components according to schematics and blueprints
- Prepare job sites by handling materials, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently
- Support with framing, siding, drywall installation, and concrete forming as needed for sunroom structures
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely to complete tasks with precision and quality
- Help with heavy lifting of materials and equipment to ensure smooth workflow on-site
- Follow safety protocols diligently during all phases of installation and construction activities
- Maintain a clean and organized work area,

Requirements

- Basic understanding of blueprint reading and schematics for construction projects
- Experience or familiarity with carpentry, drywall installation, siding, concrete forming or finishing is a plus
- Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and welding equipment safely
- Physical strength for heavy lifting and prolonged standing or walking during work shifts
- Construction experience or background in woodworking, restoration, or general building trades preferred
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow detailed instructions accurately
- Willingness to learn new skills related to sunroom installation and construction techniques
