This position is for an associate dentist to compliment our growing practice. The successful candidate will provide excellent general dentistry to our patients as well as collaborate with the existing team of long term colleagues. Individuals for consideration will have experience working with the public and superior communication and interpersonal skills. Duties
- Conduct thorough and ethical dental examinations and assessments of patients.
- Diagnose dental conditions and create appropriate treatment plans.
- Perform a variety of general dental procedures including; restorative, surgical, endodontics.
- Utilize technology to enhance patient care.
- Maintain accurate patient records using Dentrix software.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care.
- Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure smooth operations within the office and exceptional care of our patients.
Experience
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
- Experience in a dental office setting and familiarity with Dentrix is an asset for a successful candidate
- Must have strong understanding and ability to communicate medical terminology related to dentistry.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, along with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages.
- A commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with industry advancements.
Job Types: Part time, Permanent Pay: $1.00-$50,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 16.0 – 20.0 per week
