A leading financial institution is seeking an Associate Director to join its Counterparty Credit Risk team. This position will be responsible for assessing the counterparty exposure, analyzing trading-related credit risks, supporting complex transactions, and enhancing risk measurement and monitoring capabilities.
Responsibilities Perform counterparty credit risk assessments and exposure analysis across trading portfolios
Conduct reviews of counterparties, transactions, and emerging risks
Analyze trading products and strategies
Support risk evaluations for recent business initiatives and complex transactions
Present risk findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders
Requirements 3+ years of experience in counterparty credit risk, market risk, or a quantitative risk management at a financial institution
Understanding of capital markets products, derivatives, and counterparty credit risk
Bachelors desgree, advanced degree preferred
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
