The Associate
Director, Infrastructure Services leads administrative and technical services for networks, servers and storage, and oversees the operationalization of the delivery of key services to meet the needs of students, faculty, staff and committees across the University.
The Associate
Director develops strategies and plans for continuous improvement in the delivery of services related to networks, server infrastructure and storage that all major University-wide applications rely on. The role oversees a team of Tier II technical staff, ensuring service levels are maintained, secure and up to date to meet end user requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Computing Science, post-secondary credentials in areas related to software systems and IT portfolio management, or other relevant discipline, and ten years of related IT experience including the provision of network security services in a variety of IT domains,
and at least three years of experience in operational project management; application management; and software system development and management; Excellent leadership, coaching, team management, and supervisory skills. Strong knowledge of enterprise infrastructure services, including networks, servers, storage, and cybersecurity.
Excellent business analysis, project management, and strategic planning skills. Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
