We are seeking a strategic and analytical Associate Director of Supply Chain Planning to lead clinical supply forecast planning and drive cross-functional alignment. You will direct the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP;) processes. You will focus on identifying risks early and serve as the main contact for supply chain health with collaborators inside and outside the company.

Host recurring Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP;) meetings to align cross-functional partners. Lead the systematic collection and consolidation of clinical trial drug demand from multiple studies, translating Phase 1–3 clinical trial protocols and enrollment forecasts into executable supply plans. Proactively identify and communicate supply chain risks, establishing early-warning indicators for potential bottlenecks, shortages, or timeline shifts, and driving risk mitigation strategies.

Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions for core departmental processes and supply activities to ensure GxP compliance and consistency. Participate in ongoing optimization of planning workflows, system enhancements, and change control assessments. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Life Sciences, or Finance.

A Master’s degree or MBA is highly preferred. ~8+ years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or supply chain experience, preferably within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or clinical research sectors.



~ Expert‑level capability in analyzing complex datasets, modeling supply scenarios, and presenting risk/demand forecasts to executive partners. ~ SAP or specialized clinical supply management systems like Perceptive RTSM) and advanced data management tools (e.g.

Microsoft

Excel, SharePoint, and workflow automation tools). ~ Outstanding ability to synthesize complex clinical data into clear, proactive risk communications for both technical and non‑technical partners. ~ Able to work flexible hours to accommodate global time zones as needed. Proven experience in cell therapy or radiopharmaceutical supply chain operations is a plus. Familiarity with Global clinical distribution networks, import/export regulations, and short shelf‑life material logistics.

Experience leading change control assessments, deviation investigations, or CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) workflows within a GxP workplace.
