A career as an Associate, Trust Services within the Trust Services team at National Bank means acting as a trusted professional for a high-net-worth clientele, while coordinating and monitoring complex trust and estate files. This role allows you to make a positive impact on our organization by leveraging your client service expertise, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage files end to end.
Your role
- Coordinate activities related to estate, trust, and mandate files, ensuring compliance with standards, timelines, and service commitments.
- Support Trust Services Management in the end-to-end management of deliverables, from file opening to closing, for the Québec City region and surrounding areas.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with clients, their advisors, and internal or external partners to ensure files progress efficiently.
- Prepare and communicate required reports, including statutory reports and updates related to file progress.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, particularly related to process digitalization and optimization of the client experience journey.
- Independently carry out the administrative activities required, in accordance with applicable policies, standards, and procedures.
Your team The Trust Services Vice-Presidency is a team of specialists who work in an agile, proactive, and collaborative manner to deliver a rigorous and human client experience, while contributing to the ongoing evolution of trust practices.
Within the Trust Services sector, you will be part of a committed team and report to Trust Services Management.

Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience;
- Significant experience in client service, ideally with a high-net-worth clientele.
- Knowledge of or experience in estate settlement or trust administration (an asset).
- Knowledge of investments or financial planning (an asset).
- Availability to travel within the greater Montreal City area, based on client file requirements.
