Advise financial institutions, investment funds, lenders, and corporate clients on a broad range of securitization matters Support sophisticated securitization transactions, including domestic and cross-border matters Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents and related financing documentation Provide practical,



business-focused legal advice 1 to 4 years of post-call experience ~ Member in valuable standing of the Law Society of Ontario ~ experience in secured lending, banking and finance, capital markets, or derivatives is an asset ~ Experience handling sophisticated transactional matters in a law firm environment ~ Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills ~ Strong technical training and experience in securitization or related financial services matters Genuine interest in building a long-term career in securitization Interested in joining a growing practice with significant market exposure, mentorship, and long-term career development #
