Duties

- Greet customers warmly and provide personalized assistance to meet their needs
- Conduct product demonstrations to highlight features and benefits, encouraging customer engagement
- Assist shoppers with merchandise selection, ensuring they find the right items quickly and confidently
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for cash handling and transaction processing
- Upsell complementary products to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining customer satisfaction
- Maintain attractive merchandising displays that align with brand standards and promote featured products
- Manage inventory levels on the sales floor, restocking items as needed to ensure product availability
- Provide excellent customer service through transparent communication, active listening,



and prompt problem resolution

Skills

- Multilingual abilities or bilingual skills to serve diverse customer bases effectively
- Proven experience in retail sales or technology sales environments with a focus on product demos
- Strong technical sales experience, including explaining product features and perks clearly
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with phone etiquette proficiency
- Organizational skills to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting
- Basic math skills for cash handling, POS transactions, and inventory management
- Customer service orientation with a friendly demeanor and proactive attitude
- Ability to upsell products tactfully while ensuring customer needs are met
- Knowledge of merchandising principles and retail operations including cashiering and stock management
