Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Edmonton, AB for an Audiologist / Hearing Aid Practitioner. The role includes performing comprehensive hearing assessments, interpreting test results, and recommending appropriate hearing aid solutions tailored to each client’s needs. The practitioner will fit, program, and adjust hearing aids, provide counseling on device use and hearing health, and offer ongoing follow-up care and troubleshooting.

Day-to-day responsibilities also include maintaining accurate clinical records, collaborating with team members across multiple clinic locations,



and contributing to outreach and education efforts to support hearing wellness in the community.

Qualifications

- Clinical audiology and hearing aid dispensing skills, including conducting hearing assessments, interpreting audiograms, and fitting and programming hearing devices.
- Compassionate patient care and outstanding communication skills, with the ability to educate clients and families, provide counseling, and deliver empathetic, client-centered service.
- Organizational and documentation skills for managing appointments, maintaining accurate records, and following clinical protocols and regulatory standards.
- Technical proficiency with hearing aid software, diagnostic equipment, and basic troubleshooting of hearing devices and accessories.
- Relevant professional credentials, such as a degree in Audiology or Hearing Aid Practitioner training, and licensure/registration in good standing with ACSLPA or CHAPA.
- Ability to work in office across Edmonton locations as needed, collaborate effectively with clinic staff, and adapt to a fast-paced clinical environment.
- Experience in community-based hearing care and familiarity with a range of hearing aid manufacturers are considered assets.
