Join Riverbend Autoglass as an Auto Glass Technician! You’ll perform windshield replacements, rock chip repairs, back-door and side-door glass replacements, and other automotive glass services. The role also includes ADAS calibration after windshield replacement when required. We’re looking for someone who is hands-on, detail-oriented, safety-focused, and able to work in a fast-paced workplace while delivering quality service.

The starting wage at Riverbend Autoglass is $20–$23 per hour, depending on experience, with regular wage reviews and opportunities for increases based on performance and skill development.

Responsibilities

- Perform windshield replacements, stone-chip repairs, and back-door, side-door, sunroof, and moonroof glass installations using hand and power tools.
- Provide mobile auto glass services at customer locations, ensuring proper fit, seal integrity, and quality workmanship.
- Inspect vehicles for additional damage or installation issues and perform ADAS calibration when required.
- Safely handle and lift heavy glass components while following proper safety and ergonomic procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized work area and communicate clearly with customers and team members.
- Keep accurate records of all services performed.

Qualifications





- Windshield replacement or auto glass experience preferred; training provided.
- Strong mechanical knowledge and experience using hand and power tools.
- Automotive repair, dealership, or mechanic experience is an asset.
- Auto Body Technician certificate or related automotive certification is an asset.
- Familiarity with vehicle systems and automotive components.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Safety-focused with the ability to follow proper procedures.
- Friendly, professional attitude with excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Ability to safely lift and handle up to 50 lbs.
- Valid Class 5 driver’s licence and driver’s abstract required.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
