Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and listen carefully to understand their vehicle concerns and service needs
- Explain repair recommendations clearly, ensuring customers are informed about their options and costs
- Coordinate with technicians to schedule repairs and ensure timely completion of services
- Upsell additional services or maintenance based on vehicle needs and customer preferences
- Handle cash transactions accurately, process payments, and issue receipts efficiently
- Maintain detailed records of all service orders,



customer interactions, and sales activities
- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term relationships

Experience

- Previous dealership experience is highly preferred, providing familiarity with automotive service processes
- Mechanic experience or mechanical knowledge is a strong asset, helping you communicate effectively with technicians and customers
- Proven customer service skills that demonstrate patience, professionalism, and active listening
- Experience in sales or upselling techniques to maximize service opportunities while prioritizing customer needs
- Knowledge of automotive repair procedures, parts, and maintenance schedules enhances your ability to advise clients confidently
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly in a quick-paced environment
