Duties

- Assess vehicle damage and develop effective repair plans for autobody restoration
- Use hand tools, power tools, and heavy lifting techniques to remove dents, replace panels, and realign vehicle structures
- Perform mechanical repairs related to autobody work, including frame straightening and component replacement
- Ensure all repairs meet safety standards and quality expectations through detailed inspections
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace by properly handling tools and disposing of waste materials




- Collaborate with team members to complete repairs efficiently and accurately within scheduled timelines
- Document repair processes thoroughly for quality control and customer records

Requirements

- Proven dealership experience or hands-on autobody repair background preferred
- Strong mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems and structures
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and heavy lifting equipment required for automotive repair tasks
- Ability to perform automotive repairs with attention to detail and safety protocols
- Prior mechanic experience or automotive repair training is highly desirable
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose issues quickly and accurately
- Physical stamina for heavy lifting, standing, bending, and working in various environmental conditions
