Job Summary

We’re looking for a skilled Journeyman Mechanic to join our team in Medicine Hat. In this hands-on role, you’ll diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles with precision and care—helping keep our customers safe and on the road while delivering the high-quality service Integra Tire is known for.

Responsibilities

- Diagnose, inspect, repair, and maintain a wide range of vehicle systems (brakes, suspension, steering, alignments, and more)
- Perform tire-related services including inspections, repairs, replacements, rotations, and balancing as needed
- Complete routine and scheduled maintenance (oil changes, fluid services, filters, etc.)
- Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and accurately document findings and work performed
- Safely operate lifts, diagnostic equipment, and shop tools
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Communicate clearly with service advisors and team members about repairs and recommendations
- Mentor and support less-experienced team members when appropriate

Requirements





- Valid Alberta Journeyman Automotive Service Technician certification (Red Seal preferred)
- Valid Class 5 driver’s licence with a clean driving record
- Proven experience diagnosing and repairing automotive systems
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well with a team
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical work safely
- Excellent customer service skills and a professional, accountable attitude
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to continuously learn and stay current with new vehicle technologies
- Ability to work independently, safely, and efficiently

Pay: From $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 50.0 per week
