Automotive Parts Sales Associate / Key Holder

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Automotive Parts Sales Associate / Key Holder. This position is responsible for assisting customers, identifying the correct automotive parts and products, processing sales, and helping ensure the store operates efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

· Assist customers with selecting the appropriate automotive parts and products for their needs.

· Use computer systems, point-of-sale software, and supplier resources to identify parts and complete customer transactions.

· Provide customers with accurate information regarding products, features, benefits, and warranties.

· Process sales and maintain accurate transaction records.

· Complete daily store duties, including stocking, merchandising, housekeeping, and maintaining an organized sales floor.

· Help maintain a clean and safe workplace and follow all required safety procedures and PPE requirements.

· Communicate customer issues, product concerns to management.

· Act as a Key Holder, including opening and closing the store, securing the premises, handling assigned opening/closing procedures, and ensuring the store is ready for business.





· Provide support to other team members and help maintain smooth day-to-day store operations.

Qualifications & Requirements

· Solid customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.

· General knowledge and interest in automobiles and automotive parts.

· Previous automotive parts or retail experience is an asset and is strongly preferred.

· Comfortable using computers, point-of-sale systems, and online product catalogues.

· Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently when required.

· Available to work a fixed Mon – Friday 8:00 – 5:00 schedule.

· Physically able to lift and move products weighing up to approximately 50 lbs consistently throughout the day.

· Willingness to follow workplace safety procedures and wear required protective equipment.

· Valid driver’s licence is an asset.

What We Are Looking For The successful candidate will be dependable, customer-oriented, and comfortable taking responsibility for the daily operation of the store when required. As a Key Holder, the ability to work independently, make sound decisions, and provide a positive example for other staff members is important.

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 45.0 per week
