We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Automotive Service Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting customers with inquiries and promoting our products and services. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
- Assist customers with appointments.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions through data entry.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Operate Automotive POS system (training provided)
Skills
- Proficiency in English
- Robust customer service skills with a focus on communication and problem-solving.
- Ability to handle high volumes of calls while maintaining phone etiquette.
- Experience in sales is a plus.
- Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the Automotive industry is an asset
- Background checks will be required
