Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Automotive Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the key driver of our high-end vehicle sales, engaging with customers both in person and through various outreach channels. You will manage a robust sales pipeline, conduct B2B (business-to-business) and retail sales, and support dealership marketing efforts to attract recent clients. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to grow your career in automotive sales while delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

- Actively pursue outside sales opportunities by engaging with potential clients in the community and at events to generate new leads and expand the sales pipeline.
- Conduct high-end vehicle demonstrations, highlighting features and benefits tailored to each customer’s needs.
- Negotiate deals effectively, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that maximize sales outcomes while maintaining excellent customer relationships.
- Manage B2B sales efforts by establishing partnerships with local businesses and organizations to promote fleet or corporate vehicle solutions.
- Support dealership marketing initiatives through outreach, promotional events, and digital campaigns to increase brand visibility and attract prospective buyers.




- Upsell additional products and services such as extended warranties, financing options, and accessories to enhance customer satisfaction and revenue.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities within the CRM system to ensure a seamless sales process.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or dealership environments with a strong understanding of high-end vehicle markets.
- Excellent negotiation skills combined with outstanding communication abilities in English, Hindi, Punjabi or Urdu.
- Demonstrated success in managing a sales pipeline from prospecting through closing deals.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting..
- Exceptional customer service skills coupled with phone etiquette that fosters trust and rapport.
- Familiarity with marketing techniques, upselling strategies, and sales support tools to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Basic math skills for calculating deals, financing options, and profit margins.
