Duties

- Greet customers warmly and listen attentively to understand their vehicle concerns and service needs
- Explain repair options clearly, providing detailed information about recommended services and costs
- Coordinate with technicians to schedule repairs and ensure timely completion of services
- Upsell additional maintenance or repair services that align with customer needs, enhancing their vehicle’s performance and safety
- Handle financial transactions accurately, including processing payments and issuing receipts
- Maintain detailed records of all service orders, customer interactions, and vehicle histories




- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and encourage future business

Skills

- Proven customer service experience with a solid understanding of automotive sales processes is not required, but a strong asset
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor that builds trust and rapport
- Ability to explain technical information in an understandable way for customers of all backgrounds
- Familiarity with automotive repair procedures, parts, and industry terminology to effectively communicate with technicians and customers is not required, but asset. Training will be provided.
