We are expanding our operations, and we require an additional customer-focused Service Support to join our agile team!

We are looking for the right individual who:

· Has an Alberta Driver’s License

· Has the ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing

· Has a general knowledge of automotive parts and vehicle mechanical operations

· Can provide exceptional customer service

· Has excellent time management skills

· Can work well under pressure in a quick-paced, ever-changing and high-volume environment

Your duties include:

· Establish and maintain positive and productive relationships with customers

· Assist other staff when needed





· Support shuttle service

· Picking up & delivering customer vehicles

· Maintains a professional appearance

· Performs other duties as assigned

Hours:

7:30 AM – 4:30 PM: 8 hours a day. NO Weekends and NO Stat Holidays.

Having Service Support experience is an asset but not required - we will train you to be successful in this role! YOU will be a part of an established and a very well-driven team of our Service Department that is willing to build your career with College Ford Lincoln. A possible career prospect to become a Service Advisor.
