Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Automotive Service Technician to join our agile team. Duties

- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues using schematics, diagnostic tools, and hands-on inspection techniques
- Perform repairs and maintenance on vehicles, including engine work, brake systems, transmissions, and suspension components
- Service heavy equipment such as excavators, cranes, forklifts, and industrial machinery with precision and attention to detail
- Operate power tools, hand tools, welding equipment, and heavy machinery safely and efficiently during repairs or assembly tasks
- Conduct routine inspections of farm machinery, HVAC systems, and other industrial equipment to identify potential problems before they escalate
- Follow safety protocols during heavy lifting, equipment operation, and maintenance procedures to ensure a secure work environment
- Maintain detailed service records, update repair logs,



and interpret schematics for complex mechanical or electrical systems

Skills

- Proven dealership experience or background in automotive repair with a strong mechanical aptitude
- Hands-on experience with excavators, cranes, forklifts, or other heavy machinery is highly desirable
- Knowledge of Caterpillar equipment or similar industrial brands is a plus
- Skilled in welding, electrical troubleshooting, and the use of diagnostic software for vehicle systems
- Familiarity with schematics interpretation for complex mechanical or electrical systems
- Ability to operate power tools safely and efficiently in various repair scenarios
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly
- Experience working with farm machinery or industrial equipment is advantageous
- Mechanical knowledge combined with hands-on experience in maintenance and assembly tasks
- Capable of heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks while maintaining safety standards
