Owner operated, all-service automotive repair garage that has been in business in Whitby for over 33 years. Competitive salary with paid overtime and no weekend work.

- Perform work noted on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy while being compliant with company standards
- Inspect and diagnose any malfunctions or customer's concerns and perform repairs on vehicles as necessary
- Complete automotive maintenance responsibilities, including oil changes, tire rotations, front suspension, brakes, transmission flushes, air conditioner re-charges, front-end alignments, battery installations, headlight and taillight installations, etc.
- Complete repairs as stated by the manufacturer and ensure sufficient documentation exists to support warranty claim
- Confirm the availability of parts needed to complete work orders
- Conduction road test on vehicles to ensure the quality of repair while ensuring vehicles remain clean for customers




- Stay updated with technical skills and attend sponsored training classes
- Maintain working environment, ensure equipment durability and workplace safety
- Required to wear safety equipment and clothing (i.e. safety glasses and footwear)
- Be compliant with regulations, such as safety requirements, hazardous waste disposal, Canadian Occupational Health and Safety Regulations and other policies and procedures as required

Job Type: Full time Pay: $60,000.00-$90,000.00 per year

Education:
- AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (required)

Experience:
- diagnosing: 5 years (preferred)
