MD Excavation is growing, and we're looking for an experienced AZ Driver & Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team.

We're a small, hands-on excavation company where every day is different. We're looking for someone who is experienced, dependable, flexible, and ready to grow with us.

Minimum 5 years of heavy equipment operating experience

Minimum 2 years of experience as an AZ-licensed driver

- Must be comfortable operating a variety of excavation equipment, including:
- Excavators
- Bulldozers
- Loaders
- Skid steers
- Other equipment and vehicles across our fleet
- Comfortable hauling and transporting heavy equipment
- Flexible and willing to take on different responsibilities as needed
- Able to work independently and as part of a small team
- Safety-conscious, dependable, and responsible with equipment
- Willing to learn and adapt to new equipment and new challenge

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
