Overview

We are looking for a casual seasonal Baker to join our team in the upcoming holiday months. This seasonal position will be from October to December 31st.

Duties

- Prepare a variety of baked goods, including brownies, cookies, tarts, ect
- Decorate desserts with creative designs to delight customers and enhance presentation
- Handle food preparation tasks such as mixing, assembling, and portioning ingredients efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace to ensure food safety compliance
- Package finished products securely for sale ensuring freshness
- Provide friendly customer service by assisting customers with product selections and answering inquiries
- Follow all food handling procedures and safety guidelines to uphold health standards at all times

Skills





- Previous restaurant or food industry experience preferred, demonstrating familiarity with rapid-paced environments
- Strong skills in food preparation, cooking, and food handling procedures
- Excellent customer service abilities to create positive interactions with customers
- Knowledge of kitchen operations, including food safety regulations
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards
- Passion for culinary arts combined with an attitude toward learning new skills

Pay: $16.15-$17.25 per hour Expected hours: 8.0 – 20.0 per week
