Responsibilities

- Prepare a variety of baked goods including bread and other appetizers option on the menu following established recipes and standards
- Handle food safely by adhering to proper food handling procedures and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen
- Assist in food preparation tasks such as measuring ingredients, mixing batters, and assembling products for baking
- Package baked goods efficiently for sale or delivery while maintaining presentation quality




- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions about products and offering recommendations
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations at all times

Qualifications

- Experience in baking bread or food preparation within a restaurant or bakery setting preferred
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Strong skills in cooking, baking, and food presentation techniques
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude
- Kitchen experience including food industry familiarity is highly desirable
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights as needed
