Duties

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout events.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently, ensuring proper presentation and adherence to food safety standards.
- Mix and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks as per event requirements or guest requests.
- Set up banquet rooms, including arranging tables, linens, glassware, and utensils to meet event specifications.
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as plating or garnishing to enhance presentation quality.
- Monitor guest satisfaction during events, promptly addressing any concerns or special requests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas,



adhering to food handling and safety protocols.

Qualifications

- Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly preferred.
- Strong background in the food industry with knowledge of serving techniques and food safety practices.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude.
- Ability to handle food safely, including proper food handling and hygiene standards.
- Experience in hospitality or hotel environments is a plus.
- Knowledge of food preparation and bartending skills to assist with drink service when needed.
- Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in quick-paced settings while maintaining professionalism.
