Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements to ensure a welcoming atmosphere
- Serve food and beverages efficiently and courteously, adhering to all food safety standards
- Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications, including table settings and presentation
- Monitor guest needs throughout events, responding promptly to requests with professionalism
- Clear tables promptly after service, ensuring cleanliness and organization for ongoing events
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food presentation and timing for seamless service




- Maintain proper food handling procedures and uphold health regulations at all times

Experience

- Previous restaurant or food industry experience required, with a strong focus on event execution
- Familiarity with food handling, serving techniques, and food safety protocols is highly valued
- Experience in hospitality or hotel environments is a plus, demonstrating adaptability in diverse settings
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests from all backgrounds
- Knowledge of food preparation and serving standards ensures high-quality service delivery
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism
