Duties

- Prepare banquet rooms by setting tables, arranging linens, and ensuring all equipment is clean and ready for service
- Serve food and beverages efficiently and courteously to guests during events, maintaining high standards of hospitality
- Assist with food handling, including plating, serving, and clearing dishes in accordance with food safety regulations
- Support bartending duties when required, including preparing drinks and managing bar supplies
- Monitor guest needs throughout events, providing prompt and friendly assistance to enhance their experience
- Break down banquet setups after events, including cleaning tables,



organizing supplies, and resetting spaces for future use
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and event coordinators to ensure smooth operations from start to finish

Qualifications

- Previous restaurant or food industry experience is highly desirable
- Strong background in guest services and customer care within hospitality settings
- Knowledge of food handling, serving techniques, and food safety standards
- Experience in bartending is a plus
- Excellent communication skills with a positive attitude and energetic approach
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
- Hotel experience or familiarity with event environments is advantageous
