Duties

- Provide professional haircuts, trims, shaves, and styling services tailored to each client’s preferences.
- Maintain a clean and sanitized work station following all health and safety regulations.
- Engage with clients through friendly communication to understand their needs and recommend suitable styles or products.
- Upsell retail hair care products and styling tools to enhance client satisfaction and boost sales.
- Manage front desk responsibilities including scheduling appointments, checking in clients, and handling payments.
- Educate clients on proper hair care routines and product usage for ongoing maintenance.




- Ensure all sanitation procedures are followed diligently to maintain a safe environment for clients and staff.

Skills

- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Strong hair styling expertise across various cuts, styles, and grooming techniques.
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices within a salon or barbershop setting.
- Effective communication skills to clearly discuss styles, preferences, and product recommendations.
- Ability to upsell retail products confidently while prioritizing client satisfaction.
- Experience managing front desk tasks such as scheduling, check-in/out procedures, and cash handling.
- Retail sales acumen combined with a proactive approach to engaging clients in product recommendations.
