Duties

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision and flair
- Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, to process transactions efficiently and accurately
- Handle cash, perform cashiering duties, and manage cash handling with integrity
- Assist in food preparation and food handling tasks, ensuring quality and safety standards are met
- Provide outstanding customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and creating a positive experience
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area, equipment, and dining space in accordance with food safety guidelines




- Support team members with serving food and beverages, restocking supplies, and managing time effectively during busy periods

Qualifications

- Previous barista experience or food service experience is preferred but not essential; training will be provided
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS is advantageous
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Good time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours
- Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and order calculations
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to work well as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
