Duties

- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages with precision and flair, ensuring quality standards are met
- Operate POS systems such as Micros POS for smooth transactions, including cash handling and processing payments accurately
- Assist with food preparation and food handling tasks to support kitchen operations and maintain food safety standards
- Provide friendly, attentive customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, dining areas, and equipment to uphold hygiene standards
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service and productive workflow
- Support team members with serving food and beverages, restocking supplies,



and performing general duties as needed

Requirements

- Proven experience as a barista or in the food industry with solid knowledge of coffee making and beverage preparation
- Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS for cashiering and transaction processing
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and strong communication abilities
- Ability to handle cash accurately, perform basic math calculations, and manage cash handling procedures confidently
- Knowledge of food safety practices, proper food handling techniques, and hygiene standards
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts
- Previous experience in serving or food service environments is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm to learn is essential
