Duties

- Greet customers warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
- Prepare a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and specialty beverages following established recipes and quality standards
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS to process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash, credit card payments, and process refunds with precision and integrity
- Maintain cleanliness of the workspace, including food preparation areas, equipment, and dining spaces
- Assist with food handling and preparation, ensuring all items meet food safety standards




- Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly while maintaining accuracy in cash handling and order fulfillment

Experience

- Previous experience as a barista or in food service is preferred but not required; we welcome motivated learners eager to grow their skills
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse clientele
- Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and processing transactions accurately
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Experience in serving or food preparation roles enhances your ability to succeed in this position
