Duties

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and specialty beverages with precision and flair
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS to process transactions efficiently and accurately
- Handle cash, credit card payments, and perform cashiering duties with integrity and accuracy
- Assist in food preparation and food handling to ensure fresh, quality offerings for customers
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, including food safety protocols and sanitation standards
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders promptly,



and addressing inquiries or concerns with enthusiasm
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick service without compromising quality

Skills

- Proven experience as a Barista or in food service roles with strong serving skills
- Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS for smooth transaction processing
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during high-volume hours
- Basic math skills for cash handling, giving correct change, and order calculations
- Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced setting
