Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision and care
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems, including Micros POS, for accurate order processing and cash handling
- Manage food and beverage orders efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation
- Ensure all food handling and safety procedures are followed to meet health regulations
- Provide friendly, attentive customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and addressing guest needs promptly
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and dining areas to ensure a safe and inviting environment
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed,



including assembling snacks or light meals

Experience

- Previous barista experience or food service background is preferred but not required; we welcome motivated learners eager to develop new skills
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy periods
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests
- Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and processing transactions accurately
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Experience in serving or food preparation within the food industry enhances your ability to succeed in this role
