Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a love for coffee and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and ensuring customer satisfaction in a fast-paced setting.

Duties

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages according to established recipes and standards.
- Operate coffee brewing equipment and maintain cleanliness of all equipment.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties.
- Assist with food preparation, ensuring adherence to food safety and handling guidelines.
- Maintain an organized workspace by cleaning surfaces, utensils, and equipment regularly.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers warmly, taking orders efficiently, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Manage time effectively during peak hours to ensure timely service without compromising quality.




- Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment and enhance overall customer experience.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in the food industry or food service is preferred but not required.
- Strong skills in time management to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy setting.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is highly desirable.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor towards customers and colleagues.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and perform physical tasks associated with food preparation and beverage service.
