Our logistics capabilities include a dedicated fleet of 53 delivery trucks, allowing us to service more than 2,000 individual customer accounts on a weekly basis. Position Overview





We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused Coffee Barista to join our team in our very first in-house coffee shop. In this exciting role, you will deliver an exceptional customer experience by crafting high-quality, expertly brewed beverages with care and precision, while creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for everyone who visits.

Our busy retail meat storefront regularly draws a high volume of customers, and this new coffee bar is designed to elevate their experience by offering a great cup of coffee while they shop or wait for their order. As a Barista, you will play a key role in enhancing the overall customer journey and helping bring this concept to life.

Key responsibilities

- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold coffee and espresso-based beverages to TBS standards.
- Operate coffee equipment (espresso machine, grinders, brewers) with consistency and care.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
- Educate customers on coffee selections and make recommendations based on preferences.
- Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed (beans, milk, cups, etc.).
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth, efficient operation.
- Handle cash, POS transactions, and maintain accurate sales records.
- Assist with opening and closing duties of the coffee station.
- Uphold the TBS brand and values by delivering a premium, people-first experience.

Monday to Friday 7:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Saturday 7 a.m. to 1 p.m.
